Andrew's career within the refrigeration business spans over 30 years starting out on the tools and moving into project management and design rolls. Covering the humble beer cellar, larger freezer coldrooms, process factories, retail sector and the not so popular abattoirs.
Working for over 25 years with Wathes / WR Refrigeration and then having the opportunity to work on the consultancy side of the industry firstly with BJA and joining K2 in November 2016.
Over the years my leisure interests have included sliding down hills, ( BSAC ) diving, none of the PADI holiday stuff, venturing out to the Outer Hebrides , Isle of silly, East and west coasts enjoying scenic and wreck diving.
Getting to old for the wet stuff, I have turned to two wheels, (Mid Life Crises some would say) touring such places as Ireland, Scotland and recently travelling to the most northerly tip on Europe (Nordkapp - Norway) covering over 3000 miles.

Conor has been working in Refrigeration since he was 21, in a multitude of roles from designing refrigeration systems and plant (Conor provided the mechanical design of the first UK manufactured carbon dioxide cascade system), to contracting and finally consulting, where he works with clients and design teams to develop optimal schemes, strategies and specifications to implement refrigeration in retail & light industrial applications, as well as providing technical and procurement analysis from a holistic viewpoint.
Conor is inquisitive and challenge driven, constantly looking to develop his skill set, enhanced by his success in gaining his bachelor’s in Building Services Engineering at UWE.
Steve Bradley
Regional Lead Project Manager
Steve’s career in Refrigeration has spanned more than 30 years, during which time he has gained extensive experience in project management and design. He has worked for a wide range of companies, covering evaporator manufacturing, coldroom construction, as well as providing project management and consultancy services.
During his leisure time Steve enjoys a variety of sports including badminton and cycling, and is constantly trying to keep up with his boys.
Rob Pople
Regional Lead Project Manager
Rob joined K2 in 2014 having worked for 20 years in Construction Commercial Management, specialising in external cladding/curtain walling for prestigious developers (British Land, Land Securities, Stanhope plc) in London, Manchester and Glasgow.
Initially joining K2 as an administrator/programmer to manage a complex and time sensitive nationwide roll-out for a major client, as well as maintaining that role to oversee further major programming challenges Rob is now K2 Regional Lead Project Manager in the South West, coordinating suppliers and contractors with client’s needs to deliver timely refrigeration packages anywhere between minor refurbishments up to full new installations.
Rob’s downtime is spent mainly playing with Welsh mud.
